砂輪為懸宵式結構，砂輪主軸采用多片式長軸瓦動壓油膜軸承；
導輪主軸前軸承采用錐面滑動徑向軸承，后軸承為徑向止推組合球軸承；
橫進給機構采用含氟貼塑導軌，進給用差動絲桿；
砂輪和導輪修整均為液壓傳動，并附有仿型裝罝，適合切入磨削多臺階工件；
導輪主軸變速采用交換齒輪(可根據用戶需要設計變頻調速)；
